So far it's great

I've only had this case for a couple of weeks but so far it is fantastic. It seals my phone all the way around which is what I was looking for. It is slim and easy to hold. The buttons align perfectly so it is easy to turn on and off, insert my charging cord, and take pictures. The finger scanner works even with the cover on. It protected my phone...Read More

when dropped on concrete from a large 4 wheel drive SUV. It even bounced several times before landing face down and not a scratch or a crack. The pull out stand is alittle flimsy. I use a pop socket and that works much better. I am very hard on my phones and phone cases. I previous had a lifeproof and it was not life proof for me. I'm hoping this will be better. I have had a few people tell me it's difficult for them to hear my voice but I hear clearly on my end. Overall, I am very happy so far. Read Less

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
