Wrong case

I received the wrong case, after paying duty fees and then I had to pay to return the incorrect products as their customer service takes zero responsibility and is non existent. Don't waste your money- my husbands phone smashed while in one of these cases.

Broken within a week

Dropped the case once and it cracked at the corner. Hadn't even had it for a week. The quality of the cases has gone DOWNHILL. Not buying another one again...

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
