I ordered the wrong case

The case that came was a really nice case, but I ordered the wrong case. I have found that the screen cover keeps breaking for me, so I was looking for a 2 piece cover that would cover the front and the back of my phone. Is it still possible to return the case and get a wallet type?

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
