Pathetic customer service

After receiving confirmation of my order (the correct case), I received the incorrect case.
After inquiring about how to correct the situation, I have been told to mail back the incorrect item (my dime, my time) and request either a refund or an exchange. Zero effort made by the company to rectify the situation, which was due to their error. ...Read More

There are so many places that know how to keep customers, this apparently is NOT one of them. As long as you receive what you actually ordered, you may not have a problem with Punkcase. Good luck if you don't! Will never shop here again & will definitely share my unsatisfying experience with this company with others. Read Less

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
