Great product

Hi , my girl went to her trip with this water proof case , she did videos and pictures under the water and nothing happened to the phone . The only one thing is when you talk on the phone with this case , you barely can hear and understand the other person.

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
