great product

It looks great and feels great in the hand. The button covers are real buttons and not just rubber part of the case. No problem accessing charge port, phone or mute switch.

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
