Waterproof punk case for iPhone 13 mini

I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering a second one of these cases after my first one disintegrated after a few months of use. I found out after the second failed that they had a lifetime warranty much like other brands. Went through the process of informing them of the defect on both cases and it seemed like they were going to honour the warr...Read More

anty. After a follow up a few weeks after contact with their customer service I’m certain they have ghosted me. Not sure what consolation having two new poorly designed cases would be, but hoped they would at least take me through the end of this phones life. I’d suggest going with a much more reputable brand for this price point and you will get a much better designed case and in my experience excellent customer service. The issue is the front screen protector cracks from pushing home and volume buttons breaking the clear portion from the sides. Read Less

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
