Second, you never disclosed customs fees which was a surprise to me today when I received a paid product. I paid $20.55 in customs fees, you must disclose this at time of order and before an order is placed. See attached receipt.
I need you to refund entire amount $60USD + $20 paid in customs ( ie $80) to my original payment method. If I don't hear back on my refund in next 48 hours, this will be reported on various channels and lead to a negative custom reviews and backlash which you will be solely responsible for.

I ordered Yellow got black
It's bulky but to protect phone I was willing to deal with it. The case got stiff to open and when it did it damaged the glass of the big screen and now it does not work at all.
