Everything was going great.
Got the case before the time it was being delivered.
When I got the package it was already open and I was missing something.
Please make sure you pack the items better.
I don't trust the USPS.

Purchase, return, and purchase. Would Recommend!

This case has a familiar story - I ordered the wrong size by mistake. This one got returned, and the return process is what I'm reviewing.

I felt that it worked flawlessly and seamlessly. I had email contact with the wonderful people at Punkcase and they walked me through the whole process, and processed my refund promptly.

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
