Punkcase extreme series

Hi I am from Singapore. Ordered on 2 nov and it was delivered on 21 Nov 2018.
NOTE 9 Casing is sturdy and well in place. It can appear bulky but that's what I paid for. No worries to bring it outdoors now.
I would recommend it to friends. Thank you punkcase!!!

Everything I wanted

Before I even found out about punkcase, I had tried a Lifeproof case. I had one on my last Samsung phone and it was amazing and did its job spectacularly well. for my S9, it just didn't seem to fit properly and there were a lot of other flaws. ng, even using the keyboard in that area. This Punk case fits perfectly. I don't even need to adjust screen sensitivity. The buttons are easier to press, the covers for the charging port and headphone jack are easier to open, and the kickstand is super cool - though mine keeps coming off and I'm afraid I may need to glue it if I want to keep it :( There is also a wriststrap style lanyard that comes with the case which has been insanely useful.

The LifeProof case does have an adapter for the headphone jack that allows you to use it while staying waterproof, but that's the only feature to that case that this one doesn't have and do better, basically. The only thing I wish was different was the color options, the black with just a little color on the front (which by the way, I ordered pink and got the purple - I don't mind, it looks great) is nice but nothing special.

I have taken this case kayaking, hiking, camping, and dropped it, once used it as a mallet to pound tent stakes in (but seriously, don't do that) and it's been incredibly resilient. I'm so pleased. I'll definitely purchase another. Read Less

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
