Finally received case after 5 weeks maybe because mail strike and its wrong color very disappointing because used these cases before and there awsome long lasting and very nice in green sent me black not what i wanted

Ordered Dec 15 last year, here it is Jan 22 2025 and I am still waiting for the cases to arrive. Seems that DHL is shipping them out of New Jersey. They sent me some BS letter about having to prepay duty on 158. 00. Altogether I am very dissatisfied with the whole process, swore by PunkCase in the past now swearing at them.

The shipping label shows the correct items, but that is not what was in the
package. Customer service has offered 20% off the cases I don't want or I can return them (at my expense) and try again. Read Less
