wrong one /huge shipping cost

before i received my $50 + $2 for shipping i got a bill from DHL a shipping company for $24 more and after all that i recieved a black one

Sent me wrong items

I was sent the wrong items, in the wrong color. I am awaiting a reply. The 1 item won't fit my phone. I also had to pay duty to get phones, so not impressed that what I ordered did not come. I had used this company before and had good service. Feeling disappointed, but hoping that they will make it right

This company is a scam

-5/5 stars. Still have not received it after countless weeks waiting. ALSO their website prompted discounted items which I did not intend to click on but was automatically attached to my order without confirmation and was not able to cancel. These company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM PUNKCASE.

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
