chased. To my surprise, some one at Punkcase shipped the exact same phone case( I did not order) I received the first time and still no power bank charger. Contact them a second time with the same issue,not receiving what I purchased. To which they replied by apologizing for the inconvenience and they would send my purchase this time around and tracking my package would be easy do to the fact they were going to use the same tracking #. The package was shipped from NY to CA and was twenty-five miles from being delivered to my home. Going in to the third or fourth week of dealing with this matter( but paying a little extra to have my purchase shipping to me in 2 to 3 days). The shipping company decides the tracking # has ran its course and returns my purchase to Punkcase. It was twenty minutes from being in my hand and now is back in the Punkcase inventory.
