The case is great. I did not receive the glass protection cover.

The case itself is great, a high quality super-tough product. Exactly what I wanted.
What let it down was firstly advertising on a UK based website in GBP leading me to believe it would come from UK stock. Instead I had to pay a customs charge nearly 1/3 again of the original cost. Nothing on the website warned me of this.

rived it was the wrong colour, I E-mailed customer service and said I didn't want to return it (the time I'd waited for it and the prospect of ANOTHER customs charge) but I was disappointed not to receive the correct item... their response was just "return the item" showing they didn't read my mail properly at all.
