Excellent product and customer service

I received 2 external battery cases. I had an issue and emailed customer service. The response was immediate. I received a new case within a week. Customer service is excellent and so is the product. Will purchase future product from this company.

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
