Battery backup isn't automatic; back button must be pressed to start charging. Charge was complete but slow.

Great extended battery

This is an awesome extended case/battery for the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Works very well for me if I forget my charger. The case looks awesome, and is not bulky. Very well made and great battery life.

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
