Missing tool

Case did not come with with proper tool to remove screws. Now I have to go purchase said tool to install case. But of a haslte but the case is nice

Decent case - super heavy not as durable as expected

Case is overall not bad accept its extremely heavy and not as durable as one would hope, my phone fell put of my pocket today hitting the floor and the front glass smashed,

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
