considering the package was in NY and had to travel 6-8 hours to its destination. Still, i week is plenty so after a week I contacted Punkcase.ca via the provided email window on the Contact tab on the website. No RESPONSE even until now even over a week since my email.
I attempted to use the DHL eCommerce Virtual Assistant, but it did not provide any additional information over what I was already able to see on the tracking link. I called DHL but the tracking number is not valid for DHL only for DHL Global mail so I got disconnected after attempting several different extensions.
Finally on June 5th there was a shipping update and less than two days later I received my case. I was pretty excited.
That is until i opened up the package. The case I received was not only a wrong color but also I received a wrong model. I ordered Light Green Case with an kick stand but I received a black case with no kick stand support. My experience seems to mirror similar experiences as described by several reviews online.
The case itself is fairly decent as far as the quality is concerned. I would give it 3 out of 5 if I did not pay a premium for a "Punkcase"
Products of similar or superior quality can be purchased from Amazon for similar cost or less money. (I ordered a very good case for my iPhone from Amazon few days earlier at a fraction of the cost of this PunkCase, it arrived the next day and the quality is excellent.
In summary, I took a chance despite several people describing a relatable experiences in online reviews, simply because the pictured green case looked beautiful on the website pictures an the kickstand added practicality making it a winner for me.
I am very disappointed in the experience, i will use the case until I find a better replacement, but it will not be from PunkCase. Read Less
