This entire process has been a nightmare. First, when I ordered my case, the website changed my postage from 2-4 day delivery to 1st class mail. Waited about 2 weeks for the case to arrive. pping problem solved I was told to re order with 2-3 days shipping, and they would send me a return label for the 1st order. Never received this label. Ordered with 2-3 days shipping shipping on second order, it has now been 8 days - no case. Where is it ?? My in laws also ordered with 2-3 days shipping shipping, it has been over two weeks with no cases arrived.

I ordered from here because my in laws had got these cases from Amazon on their last phones, and they seemed good quality. But this ordering process has been a total nightmare, I’m left without a case now for my new phone and have to buy an additional one so I have something to use.
