I love how the case

I love how the case fits snuggly. This is my third one and have never had any problems after dropping my phone or any moisture getting in. It was quick and easy to put on the phone.

Recently purchased a case for a Note 8. Was gifted a S10 before I recieved the case I purchased. I spoke with a rep explained that to them and they were happy to exchange it for me. I havent recieved the other case yet because I just shipped the other one back but I'm happy to experience great customer service.
