ed glass screen protector that must have been damaged during shipping. This isn't a deal breaker for me since, I am very pleased with the case and price! I had recently replaced mine and was just gonna save the extra as a backup. I'm simply writing to let you know that I'm happy with my purchase and to hopefully help you to avoid this mishap on future shipments. This may have just been an isolated incident and will definitely not discourage me from future purchases from Punkcase. I have attached a couple of snapshots of the damaged item for reference.

So I have since bought the Note 9 but my note 5 still has the slot case on it that I've had for over a year and it is frikken amazing! My card is fairly easy to take out of the case and it has held up to drops, dust, and even a splash of water here and there.
