I can not open the cover

After performing the test, which worked very well since no water came in, I saved it to use it later and now I can not open the cover to enter the phone.

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
