I purchased 3 Ghostek cloak 3 series cases from you I was very happy with the silver and the Teal ones as the colour was same as described, the red one was nothing like the red metallic one described in your photo it was also broken when I opened box cost me to much to send back and I don’t like the colour anyway.Put me off a bit buying any more p...Read More

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
