Our case got lost in

Our case got lost in transit but they sent one. Then we must have ordered the wrong one and Punk case sent the right one plus a label to send it back. Great customer service. Thanks.

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
