Overall great case

Only problem is when I put my phone on speaker the other people get an echo when they talk. As soon as I removed phone from my case, speaker was fine

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
