I phone case

Terrible, I ordered a case from pink case. I was really looking forward to my new case. They sent me a black case and not the light green like I ordered. Totally disappointed. I specifically ordered a colour that was available and they sent me the wrong one. Send me the right colour!!!

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
