I ordered the case for Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max once my order arrived it was the case for the iPhone 14 Pro!
After contacting customer support they said they would replace the Order for the iPhone 14 Pro Max that I had ordered in the first!
That was in July 15,3023 and I still have not received the case that Customer Service guaranteed to send me!
So in my opinion & experience the customer service department needs a lot of help and experience!
To spend almost $66 Canadian dollars to not get a exchange or refund it’s a really disappointment as well as a shame!
Do not waste your time or money purchasing from here unless you want to give your money away! Read Less
