Great looking case!

However I ordered the wrong type for the model phone I own. I have requested a refund of the case I got. Punkcase.com were quick to assist in my return. Currently awaiting store credit info. I really like the look of these cases. Hope to receive another for my Samsung S9 soon.

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
