A must have

Once your phone reaches first anniversary, battery life becomes a problem. It is here where this case, a protection and battery source as well, becomes a necessity. You'll never go "low batt" as it charges anytime you need it. A must have for cell phone users. And who does not use cell phone now? So a must for all.

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
