I would give 5 stars but it's not the color I ordered

It's a very good case, and my phone feels very protected, but I ordered a white stud star, and was sent black. I messaged them about it, but they haven't returned my message yet.

Helpful...

Customer services was very helpful in answer all my questions. Shipping took a little longer then expected, but overall all services where good, and the waterproof case is amazing when taking pictures of my son swimming.

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
