o I know it was received correct by the company. Only problem, I received a plain black case not a purple one as I had ordered. It came in a timely fashion, but couldn't return it as I needed it for vacation. AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE RECEIVED A DIFFERENT COLOR FROM WHAT I ORDERED!! I believed in punkcase but it's the little things that drive people away. There are alot more companies making better products out there and fulfilling orders correctly and I guess I need to find one. Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
