Galaxy Note 5 Waterproof Case, Punkcase StudStar Light Blue Shock/Dirt Proof | Lifetime Warranty

In General, the case is great. However, the charging port cover breaks easily. This is my second Punkcase, and on both of them the port cover has broken first. On this one, the cover has has cracked in half, and one of the latch tabs that hold the cover in place has broken clean off. Aside from this, the case does what it is supposed to do.

First off, I LOVE this phone case! It fits snug on my phone and has protected it through a few drops already.

The only issue I had was when my case arrived it was missing a rubber piece that fits into the charging access port. Shortly after, that very "door" broke off the case. Otherwise this case is fantastic!

My fiance has been using this case for 1 month now and overall, he loves it. It was easy to put the case onto the phone and it did everything that it claimed. Then last week, the charging port's protective cover stopped latching closed. Now it's always open unless it's taped closed. Took awhile because they didn't have the color I wanted. But customer service was very helpful and even gave me a discount for my inconvenience!
