Wrong case

I reported as soon as I got it , it was wrong case. I have a galaxy note 8. I can't give it a review. Nothing else has happened. You have my money. I don't have a case. I sent the case that didn't fit back.

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
