It looks like a pain to return anything, and I just bought a new case for the correct size for my son, but with the time it's taken to get two, he's already dropped the phone. I won't try again. Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
