Great case wrong colour!

Great case but disappointed in that a ordered a blue case and received a black case ! Tried it 3 times, end up having to spend $30+ to return 2 cases and still waiting to be refunded. Finally decided to just keep the black case. What I don't understand is dit they are supposidly available in colours but you get the black ones.

Nicely done Punkcase!

Unit charges quickly and has a solid feel to it. Feels very comfortably in use and has a nice, heavy, solid feel.

Low battery non existent

Was sceptical about reading and make this purchase, but I am glad I bought it and a second one for my daughter. I can listen to music with out having to worry of drowning my battery and my daughter can txt, listen and watch videos (of course I put limits) for long periods of time.

Great Product. Consistently terrible customer service

1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent
